Largo, FL — MKJ Marketing will be conducting its two most popular seminars in February and March 2022. Every year, funeral home, cremation, and cemetery professionals look forward to MKJ Marketing seminars, knowing they will address the most pressing issues the industry is facing while offering accommodations in locations that foster imagination, collaboration, and inspiration. 2022 will be no exception.
The 2021 seminars were a huge success with a large attendance in facilities with enhanced cleanliness standards and social distancing in an effort to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all guests. The same standards will be maintained in 2022.
Representatives from MKJ’s seminar sponsors will be in attendance (circumstances allowing) from Cremation Recycling, C&J Financial, ASD, Answering Services for Directors, and OneRoom.
MKJ’s 2022 Ski Summit will be held at the Arrabelle Ski Resort. Attendees will enjoy ski-in and ski-out accommodations right in the heart of downtown Vail. The meeting room will be very large relative to the attendance to allow for social distancing. The dates are Feb. 7 to 9, 2022, which is prime skiing season. MKJ has negotiated room rates well below the resort’s standard individual room rates. The format will include a combination of seminar sessions with study group participation.
MKJ’s 2022 Sea Summit will be held at the Boca Beach Club, which sits beside the Boca Waldorf Astoria Hotel. The Waldorf has been closed for two years for a complete remodeling with the grand opening planned for December 2021. The remodeled hotel will include 12 restaurant venues and a “lazy river” that winds through the hotel grounds.
The Boca Beach Club is among the finest beach resorts in Florida. The seminar dates are March 7 to 9. Enjoy the freshest Atlantic seafood, play a few rounds of championship golf, or just relax on one of the best beaches in the world. Attendees will be pleasantly surprised to find MKJ’s negotiated nightly cost is just one-third of the normal accommodation rate.
Glenn Gould, CEO of MKJ Marketing, will present the optimal strategies for marketing budgeting. Marilyn Jones Gould, President of MKJ Marketing, will share constructive new ways to increase averages and to improve communication with families using everything from virtual arrangements on Zoom to live chat. MKJ’s CSO and Head of Digital Courtney Gould Miller will be leading a session on how to create an online presence for your business that is an asset, along with details on how to develop a brand that will last (or sell). MKJ’s COO Isaac Miller will give a presentation on how to determine which media platform is your best investment. The Sea Summit and all of its exciting content will be available virtually in addition to being an in-person seminar.
